PROFILE


The School had its beginnings in 1862.

In 1906 the school came under the Code of Regulations for European Schools. 

From August 1923 the management of the school is under the governing body of the Apostolic Carmel Education Society of Kozhikode registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.





In 1972 the School got affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi and we continued in the I.C.S.E. Scheme till March 1984. In 1984 we adopted the Kerala syllabus and the code of regulations for Anglo Indian Schools. From 1985 onwards our students have been answering the S.S.L.C. examination with hundred per cent passes and several ranks. In 2000 the Higher Secondary Section was started with Science and Commerce batches. The medium of instruction in all classes is English.
